Our Processes

One-stop Solution from Design to Development

PROJECT LAUNCH

Before the launch, detailed planning is done. This includes defining project objectives, scope, timeline, resources, and budget. A kickoff meeting is held to align all team members and the project’s goal. This meeting helps ensure everyone understands their tasks and the project’s direction.

DESIGN

When designing our equipment, we carefully consider several critical criteria, including feasibility studies, concept development, risk analysis for various concepts, kinematics, optimization of cycle time, ergonomics, and design for manufacturability (DFM). Each of these elements plays a vital role in ensuring that our equipment is both innovative and practical.

MANUFACTURING

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, including mills, lathes, grinders, wire EDM, and EDM sinkers, are used to achieve precise cuts and finishes. Every part is inspected using tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical comparators, and other measuring devices.

ASSEMBLY

All components and parts undergo rigorous inspection to ensure they meet quality standards and conform to specifications. Tools are carefully fitted and assembled before being securely mounted onto the machine frame. Subsequently, electronic components are installed to complete the setup.

TUNING

Optimizing and adjusting machinery to achieve peak performance while evaluating it to ensure it meets performance, safety, and quality standards is essential for guaranteeing reliable and efficient operation.

SAMPLE MAKING

Repetitive manufacturing of parts in a serial manner helps identify and resolve potential issues before full-scale production begins.

INSPECTION

Whether for tooling, machines, or sample parts, rigorous quality systems are employed throughout the process to detect deviations or defects and ensure that our products meet specifications and achieve customer satisfaction.

DELIVERY

Choosing the means of transportation for our products will vary based on factors such as cost and delivery time. To ensure smooth operations, it is crucial to handle correct documentation meticulously, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
