When designing our equipment, we carefully consider several critical criteria, including feasibility studies, concept development, risk analysis for various concepts, kinematics, optimization of cycle time, ergonomics, and design for manufacturability (DFM). Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, including mills, lathes, grinders, wire EDM, and EDM sinkers, are used to achieve precise cuts and finishes. Every part is inspected using tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical comparators, and other measuring devices.
All components and parts undergo rigorous inspection to ensure they meet quality standards and conform to specifications. Tools are carefully fitted and assembled before being securely mounted onto the machine frame. Subsequently, electronic components are installed to complete the setup.
